Eric Dietzenbach is the founder of Dietzenbach Financial, established in 2018 to serve families, business owners, and farm operations with disciplined, long-term financial guidance.
Eric leads clients through complex financial decisions across both their personal and business lives, with a focus on building, protecting, and transitioning wealth. His work centers on succession and exit planning, retirement plans for employers, tax-efficient strategies, and risk management—helping clients think beyond today and position themselves for what's next.
Prior to founding Dietzenbach Financial, Eric built his career in commercial lending, developing a foundation in credit, risk, and financial analysis. Combined with his experience as a business owner and real estate investor, he brings practical, real-world perspective to the advice he provides.
Eric has been actively involved in his community, serving in leadership roles including School Board President, City Council, Parish Finance Council, and the Northeast Iowa Community College Foundation Board.
He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with degrees in Finance and Real Estate and remains committed to ongoing professional development.
Eric lives in Northeast Iowa with his wife, Andrea, and their four children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, golfing, and coaching youth sports.
